Children live what they learn. As a member of the Religious Venerini Sisters, I have been dedicated to the education of youth since 1963. Our Foundress, St. Rosa Venerini, constantly reminded her members to recognize the lofty ministry to which we have been called. I believe that my vocation has enabled me to assist children in reaching their dreams. I have taught in Kindergarten through Grade 5. Currently, I teach in Grades 3-6. I have been on the Saint Mary’s faculty since 1994. God has blessed me by leading me to this loving and enriching environment surrounded by our greatest asset—our children.
When I am not in a classroom, I enjoy reading, shopping, traveling, and having fun with friends. My favorite exercise is walking. I deeply relish the peace and value of my prayer life. There is no responsibility more profound for me than shaping the hearts and minds of my students through my religious profession. I ask God to grant me the grace to continue to carry out the educational mission He has entrusted to me.
